Right Candidate :

3-5 years of experience in product management or a related role. Proficient in JIRA (required) and Figma (nice to have). Strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically. Proven track record of managing backlogs and prioritizing minor product enhancements. Previous experience in hospitality, entertainment, or any industry supporting the guest experience (is a huge plus!). Excellent communication and coordination skills. Responsibilities of the

Right Candidate :

Manage the sustainment backlog and prioritize minor enhancements (1-2 per release) for monthly releases. Plan and maintain a product roadmap for the year, anticipating challenges and adjusting plans accordingly. Coordinate with designers and tech teams for feature implementation and issue resolution. Collect end-user feedback, translating it into actionable improvements and enhancements. Facilitate the launch and rollout of new features, including UI adjustments and updates. Conduct quarterly reviews to present the top 10 product enhancements and track progress. Collaborate with operations and training teams for feature rollouts and support. Manage defects and create yearly plans to address them, ensuring product stability and performance. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and operational partners. Act as the focal point for validation and task assignment, ensuring alignment with sustainment goals for 2025.
