Job Description

We’re looking to hire a Product Manager global entertainment company that brings customers magic to life through theme parks, resorts, vacation experiences, products, and more. As a Product Manager, you will support the digital tools used by our client’s Employees – from strategy through delivery, working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and business teams. This is a 6 month + role with the opportunity to extend. The role is located in Orlando, FL, and is hybrid onsite.

Responsibilities:

Own product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Cast-facing digital tools Lead development of new Web and iOS features to support internal workflows. Serve as Product Owner in Agile Ceremonies (daily syncs, planning) and translate user needs into product requirements and prioritize features. Partner closely with Product, Strategy, Planning, Business and Operations Teams to provide improvement based on user feedback and performance metrics and release testing.

Qualifications:

4+ years of Product Management or Tech Strategy experience. Experience collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams Comfortable working across time zones Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Digital Marketing, or Project Management Experience in Hotels, Hospitality or roles with an understanding of back-of-house digital systems supporting Web and iOS Development Teams.
