The Manager, Product Yield Management is responsible for monitoring and adjusting pricing and product allocation strategies on all inventory to achieve yield and cost of goods sold goals in a manner to maximize Company profit and margins. These strategies will also ensure all other Company initiatives are supported and enhanced through this process.
The Manager will be responsible for monitoring product balances, mixes and yields vs budget and prior year. They will assist with improving margin while maintaining and/or improving sales efficiencies, meeting 3rd party obligations, and driving new owner creation opportunities. This position will work to ensure key inventories are in place in specific markets, communicating projections in advance. This role will also provide support to areas such as Finance, Deeding, IT, Legal, and Sales Operations by providing recommendations for courses of action to take in areas such as product acquisition, product recovery, and product innovation.
The Manager will be responsible for creating proactive positive working relationships with various functions in the organization to foster collaborative innovative thought and product solutions. Additionally, this role will be responsible for identifying, hiring, developing and fostering the growth of the entire product yield team, maximizing each individual’s potential to the betterment of the individual, team, and Company.
How You’ll Shine:
Maintain / Improve
- data assets and reporting environment that facilitates, ad-hoc analysis, accuracy in projections, efficiency in completion and meeting timelines, as well as with the ability to relate product to other aspects of ownership.
Reporting/Innovation - Work closely with the Field Business Operations team to create meaningful and insightful reporting that tracks and measures performance across a variety of business units and drive actions, while identifying areas of opportunity to improve reporting efficiencies.
Decision Support - Take owner, customer and transactional data to develop recommendations that assist business decisions pertaining to but not exclusive to owner/customer behavior, inventory/business performance, campaign management and Marketing spend decisions.
Communication - Being able to communicate findings and recommendations to all levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner.
Exploratory Analysis/Modelling - Responsible for collection, cleaning and processing of data to identify patterns and trends to answer business questions and improve decision making process

What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting, or related field.
Demonstrated capability of creating value-added, measurable solutions to operations
Demonstrated financial and business acumen
Knowledge of GAAP, as well as financial and statistical analysis
Self-motivated and proactive in approach to driving results
Well organized and capable of managing multiple projects while able to perform under potentially stressful circumstances
Demonstrated ability to communicate and partner effectively with all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to independently drive and make decisions that are aligned with Company strategy
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
Demonstrated capability of effectively utilizing MS Office product suite, specifically MS Excel
Understanding and capability of how to leverage data and analytical tools such as snowflake, power BI, and other for value creation preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of programming languages such as SAS, SQL, Snowflake or Python
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word are required
Five (5) years of progressive operational, business, and financial responsibility and experience
Two (2) years of team management experience preferred
Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
