The Cloud Infrastructure SystemsEngineering team at ServiceNow is currently seeking a SeniorProduct Manager to help build the products and infrastructurethat’s the foundation of the Now Platform – making Work work Betterfor People. We’re looking for a skilled Product Manager who canhelp craft the technology and processes needed to sustainServiceNow’s growth while gaining valuable experience in a moderncloud operating environment.

What you get to do in this role: Collect, synthesize and report data in an easy to digestformat. Work with teams to document current processes and needs andpartner with product management in crafting strategic roadmaps andplans. Collaborate with engineering teams on ad hoc analysis needswithin the department. Collect and manage project requirements. Support teams with project coordination activities likeplanning, milestone creation, dependency tracking, issue tracking,statusing, etc.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role youhave: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how tointegrate AI into work processes, decision-making, orproblem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools,automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploringAI’s potential impact on the function or industry. 5+ years of product management experience with Data Center andCloud Infrastructure technologies. Ability to adapt and operate in a fast-paced techorganization. Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus onhigh impact activities. Experience gathering and capturing product requirements andtransforming them into technology plans and product roadmaps. Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record inbuilding customer relationships and delivering customer-centricsolutions.
