The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the success of our products and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in software development, IT infrastructure, and an understanding of Agile methodologies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision and strategy while ensuring alignment with business goals. Responsibilities Work to gather requirements for all aspects of a project, collaborating with all impacted teams including creative and technology for agreement. Drive implementation of a business digital and technology roadmap by ensuring the development teams understand the product goals and priority. Document features by translating the product concepts into user stories, epics and other appropriate product deliverables (e.g., project briefs, scope/requirement documents, Guest prioritized needs, etc.) Primary representative for product management in all daily activities related to the roll-out of a product/enhancement, serving as an important resource for the team, escalating to leadership. Support defect triage activities by working with technical, creative and production teams to identify cause through resolution, providing support and escalation for blockers/impediments. Communicate with partners of multiple levels across Digital & Technology and the broader organization through several mediums (ie. presentations, email, formal/informal meetings). Build and drive a formal roadmap and backlog with input from the team and business partners. B asic Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in the digital industry Minimum 5 years of product management experience in digital customer experience for a global or national brand(s), working with technology, design, project management, business, and user experience teams. Lead others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions. Ability to use hard data to form assumptions and develop business cases. Experience presenting out on Product performance and success of programs. Ability to think strategically and guide ideas into action with a willingness to take personal initiative. Experience collaborating with and achieve results through partnerships with others and the capability to interact within all leadership levels. Experience identifying technical, user and business issues in an organization. Experience with Agile software development methodology. Consumer digital commerce platform experience is preferred but not required. P referred Qualifications Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive thinker with the ability to thrive in an often ambiguous, fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and financial skills. Experience with innovative and emerging technologies. Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
