Description:

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Operations and all Technology & Digital, driving digital excellence for consumer-facing web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partner Management

  • Cultivates relationships and leads partner expectations, scope, budget discussions, and projectmunications.

Ensures digital initiatives align with partner visions, goals, financial plans, andmunication strategies. Provides partners with a consistent point of contact and accountability for their digital business needs Adapts swiftly to shifting priorities, maintaining focus on multiple concurrent projects and workstreams Builds and leads business requirements, guiding partners through digital strategy implementation
Collaborates with other Product Owners across various product lines and brands to support a streamlined Guest experience Innovative Product Leadership

  • Translates marketing visions and digital strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, and actionable workstreams
    Crafts detailed project outlines that illustrate the critical elements of a project including objectives, strategies, target audience, background, and execution considerations
    Contributes to developing go-to-market strategies Responsible for the timely, on-budget, on-strategy delivery of marketing•and operations-related projects
    Leads and maintains feature development and backlog, attending daily scrums to help drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks
    Addresses and calls out unresolved business, strategy, scope, and budget issues as appropriate Develops presentations to and build advocacy for the digital strategy with Executive audiences and partners across the organization, ensuring all oues meet stablished standards
    Support with delivery and ongoing maintenance, which may include product build, content configuration and on call collaboration to ensure successful uptime of the digital experience as needed Develop effective working relationships with Creative, Media, Copy, Product and Technology teams and often brokers solutions between them
    Communicates strategic direction changes or priority shifts to all relevant parties, ensuring alignment with business goals
Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of demonstrated expertise in digital product management roles working with Marketing, brand strategy, technology (web & mobile) and digital strategy 5+ years of established experience in business, agency work, and/or digital environments
Effectively provide overall leadership across multiple teams, while working collaboratively to delivery with quality on time Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies in software development and tools, including JIRA/Confluence
Proficient with technical, user and business challenges in a fast paced, dynamic digital organization Experience working with tools, systems and processes that support go-to-market delivery and triage of content, data configuration, and service integration Advanced experience working withplex content management or similar systems for building and maintaining websites and mobile apps (including daily updates to copy, media, building out new pages, and troubleshooting)
Possesses analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop project cases
Outstanding verbal and writtenmunication, including effectivemunication across cross-functional teams and at Manager level
Competent in interfacing across extensive matrix organizations
Ability to lead and support cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results promptly Experience with iOS/Android release lifecycle
