As a Product Manager, you will collaborate withcross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Operations and allTechnology & Digital, driving digital excellence forconsumer-facing web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner Management – Cultivates relationships and leadspartner expectations, scope, budget discussions, and projectcommunications. Ensures digital initiatives align with partnervisions, goals, financial plans, and communication strategies. Provides partners with a consistent point of contact andaccountability for their digital business needs Adapts swiftly to shifting priorities, maintaining focus onmultiple concurrent projects and workstreams Builds and leads business requirements, guiding partners throughdigital strategy implementation Collaborates with other Product Owners across various product linesand brands to support a streamlined Guest experience Innovative Product Leadership – Translates marketing visions anddigital strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories,and actionable workstreams Crafts detailed project outlines that illustrate the criticalelements of a project including objectives, strategies, targetaudience, background, and execution considerations Contributes to developing go-to-market strategies Responsible for the timely, on-budget, on-strategy delivery ofmarketing- and operations-related projects Leads and maintains feature development and backlog, attendingdaily scrums to help drive priority decisions and removeroadblocks Addresses and calls out unresolved business, strategy, scope, andbudget issues as appropriate Develops presentations to share and build advocacy for the digitalstrategy with Executive audiences and partners across theorganization, ensuring all outcomes meet stablished standards Support with delivery and ongoing maintenance, which may includeproduct build, content configuration and on call collaboration toensure successful uptime of the digital experience as needed Develop effective working relationships with Creative, Media, Copy,Product and Technology teams and often brokers solutions betweenthem Communicates strategic direction changes or priority shifts to allrelevant parties, ensuring alignment with business goals
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of demonstrated expertise in digitalproduct management roles working with Marketing, brand strategy,technology (web & mobile) and digital strategy 5+ years of established experience in business, agency work, and/ordigital environments Effectively provide overall leadership across multiple teams, whileworking collaboratively to delivery with quality on time Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies in software developmentand tools, including JIRA/Confluence Proficient with technical, user and business challenges in a fastpaced, dynamic digital organization Experience working with tools, systems and processes that supportgo-to-market delivery and triage of content, data configuration,and service integration Advanced experience working with complex content management orsimilar systems for building and maintaining websites and mobileapps (including daily updates to copy, media, building out newpages, and troubleshooting) Possesses analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use harddata and metrics to back up assumptions and develop projectcases Outstanding verbal and written communication, including effectivecommunication across cross-functional teams and at Managerlevel Competent in interfacing across extensive matrix organizations Ability to lead and support cross-functional teams to deliverhigh-quality results promptly Experience with iOS/Android release lifecycle
