Job Description The Technology Lead Salesforce oversees the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are scalable and supportable. They lead and mentor the development team, manage project lifecycles within a Scaled Agile framework, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Additionally, they provide governance, best practices, and collaborate with integration teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions. This position is part of the Power Delivery IT (PDIT) team, focusing on Salesforce initiatives to support various business units. The role involves working with Salesforce products like SF Field Service, Community Portal, Service Cloud, mobile apps, Scheduling, Maps, and Mulesoft integrations. These tools are used to create solutions that deliver business value and meet objectives.
