The Senior Product Manager will beresponsible for designing, developing, and overseeing activitiesrelated to the core Clearwater investment data management platform.

Our market leading, cloud native, single instance multi-tenantarchitecture intakes data from 1200+ sources and creates a goldensource of truth.

Reporting to a senior product leader based in theU.S., this role will oversee defining the product requirements andplanning its development to production while working closely withclients to ensure their success. Additionally, the Product Manageris tasked with crafting the product roadmap necessary to achievebookings, client NPS, and gross margin targets associated withtheir component.

To facilitate growth, the product manager willcollaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and prospects toidentify new product capability requirements. They will maintainclose collaboration with their development teams to ensure thesuccessful creation and introduction of these new capabilities tothe market. Furthermore, the Product Manager will take charge oftesting and implementing these fresh features with clients andactively promote future growth to a broader audience of Clearwaterclients and prospects.

Responsibilities:

Team Span:

responsible for handling 2 – 3 scrum teams spanning12 – 15 engineers Prioritize decisions across products with data drivenjustification Establish alignment on the product roadmap among multipledevelopment teams. Efficiently lead the development of cross-productcapabilities. Contribute to the formulation of the department’s developmentand training plan. Advocate for a culture of communication throughout theorganization. Build release specific product briefs that articulate theclient problem for target personas, value, priority and high-levelapproach. Keep current with latest technology developments in datamanagement, competitors and apply those insights to CW productstrategy and execution.

Required Skills:

Exemplary interpersonal, communication, and project managementskills Excellent team and relationship building abilities, with bothinternal and external parties (engineers, business stakeholders,partners, etc.). Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and maintainkeen attention to detail. Strong leadership skills, including ability to influence viadiplomacy and tact. Experience working with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Ability to work with relational and NoSQL databases. Excellent attention to detail and strong documentationskills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities. Openness to work and coordinate in US time zone.

Education:

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, engineering ora related field. In absence of a technical education, proven hands-on technicalexperience will be required.

Nice to have: Experience of working in asset management company or insurancefirm is helpful.

cleared candidates get an added advantage. Experience of working on AI, machine learning and/or LLM basedprojects is an edge. Experience of working with Portfolio managers, traders,researchers is valuable. Knowledge, experience of working on private assets ishelpful.

FridaysSalary Range:

$179,400.00 -$243,136.45This is the pay range the Company believes it will payfor this position at the time of this posting. Consistent withapplicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevantexperience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographiclocation (to account for comparative cost of living). The Companyreserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
