Senior Position Overview A leading innovator in immersive technologies is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the strategic development and delivery of high-impact platform-based products. This role will drive the coordination of multidisciplinary teams working on cutting-edge experiences in VR, real-time visualization, and interactive software. The ideal candidate brings a sharp mix of technical fluency, stakeholder management, and Agile leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of complex programs-from discovery through deployment-across product, engineering, and creative teams. Manage planning, budgeting, and execution while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business, UX, marketing, and development to define project scope and deliverables. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Own roadmap execution and ensure transparency through detailed milestone tracking and reporting. Analyze user feedback, QA insights, and market data to inform strategic direction and product decisions. Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee outsourced development where applicable. Drive alignment between executive leadership and production teams with clear, actionable communications. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in program, product, or project management roles within tech, gaming, VR/AR, or platform-based environments. Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and large-scale initiatives using Agile methodologies. Skilled at navigating both technical and creative challenges in fast-paced development pipelines. Strong knowledge of production tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana), as well as BI tools and product analytics. Ability to translate complex ideas into clear strategies, timelines, and tasks across technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with immersive tech (VR/AR), game engines (Unity, Unreal), or spatial computing is a plus. Nice to Have Experience in mobile development, AI or Web3-based products. Familiarity with compliance and safety standards in product development. Background in launching platform features or SaaS tools. You must be based within Florida for this role and have individual work authorisation (Not through an employer).
