About the Role We’re seeking a strategic, execution-driven Senior Product Manager to lead core initiatives across Flow’s leasing and resident experiences—from lead capture and applicant decisioning to resident retention and engagement.

You’ll work on both consumer-facing products and internal tools that empower leasing agents, revenue teams, and property operations.

Your goal: increase customer lifetime value (LTV) and operational efficiency while delivering a best-in-class experience.

You’ll be responsible for replacing legacy third-party platforms with custom-built software, including leading change management and adoption efforts.

This role requires close collaboration with design, engineering, data science, and business teams to drive both 0?1 development and scale existing systems.
