Job Description Consumer Banking Global Strategy Lead U.S. Bank is hiring for a position within Consumer Banking to lead the expansion and support of our Offshore Delivery/Journey teams. The Consumer Banking space is dynamic and evolving, and U.S. Bank is at the forefront of this evolution. The ideal candidate will be someone with the vision and drive to not only continue, but accelerate, our work to build out a working model that leverages offshore delivery/journey teams to drive meaningful work supporting strategic priorities for our Consumer Banking customers and stakeholders. This will be accomplished through the below scope and responsibilities. Job Function & Responsibilities This people leader will lead the expansion of our Consumer Banking delivery/journey ecosystem in support of the organization’s goals and market needs with direct leadership of two key functions: Offshore Delivery/Journey Teams Shaping and leading the newly formed Consumer – CBB Offshore journey/delivery model – including strategy, vendor and product owner Support consumer product profit and growth goals, overseeing the evaluation of market trends, product development, product position and pricing philosophy in a collaborative manner with Consumer Product and Growth Studio leadership Working closely with our Agile team to develop differentiated product offerings, competitive analysis, and business cases Evaluating feature functionality and prioritizing feature development and third-party integration opportunities Develop and actively manage a comprehensive plan for Consumer Banking (CBB) offshore delivery/journey strategy across the enterprise, including simplifying pricing, product investment roadmap and revenue opportunities Coordinating across business lines and functional groups to deliver on clear growth strategies for holistic offerings across channels Synthesize complex market and competitive information across multiple structures in the organization, anticipate market trends and customer needs, and transform analyses into innovative actionable plans for revenue growth, investment, or operational enhancement Identification of opportunities, innovative market segmentation, business plan development, and performance analysis and evaluation Build and maintain strong partnerships to accelerate growth Activate the connective tissue between U.S. Bank, customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy to identify and prioritize product / portfolio opportunities, and establish the product vision, charter and roadmap Together with Product journey/deliver, drives product development with ownership of backlog and actively engages cross-functional stakeholders to enable faster speed to market Basic Qualifications Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience Ten years of related experience Extensive experience with Offshore vendor relationship management, negotiation and strategy required Preferred Skills/Experience Product management experience focused on the consumer deposit segment (specifically within Consumer Deposits) Knowledge of Consumer deposit products and experience working within a matrixed organization Experience with transformation and innovation Deep knowledge and experience with core banking systems, specifically Hogan Capable of thinking big, broad, and strategic like a FinTech, and not just a bank Ability to collaborate and indirectly influence others Strong problem-solving and project management skills Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Proven experience defining product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize Features/Epics and breaks down work into actionable steps to facilitate product discovery, design, development and delivery Demonstrated experience and ability in executive communications, as demonstrated by tangible examples of executive stakeholder management and/or experience in managing enterprise transformation programs Expertise on the critical interdependencies among product model system elements that help and hinder performance; ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results using business metrics, key performance indicators, design systems, service blueprints, and reusability Ability to anticipate shifting market priorities, internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value Ability to travel up to 25% of the time If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.

Pay Range:

$149,515.00 – $175,900.00 – $193,490.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
