for our employees! Ready for your next chapter in your Un-carrier journey? The Principal Product Manager, Technical is a visionary, strategist, analyst, customer evangelist, respected leader of business and technology execution, and professional relationship builder all rolled into a single dynamic package. At T-Mobile, every product is envisioned and created to achieve a specific business purpose or set of business results. The Principal Product Manager, Technical is ultimately accountable, responsible, and has ownership of T-Mobile’s internal and external products, platforms, services, and experiences — including hybrid environments like SAP ECC/HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and cloud-native microservices — envisioned to achieve measurable business value. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Principal Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the strategy, definition, and execution of critical supply chain capabilities spanning on-premises ERP systems and cloud-native microservices. In this high-impact role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for key logistics functions—including Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPIS), last-mile delivery, warehouse management system (WMS) integrations, and 3PL/4PL enablement. As a Principal TPM, you’ll bring together deep technical expertise, strong product management discipline, and a solid understanding of supply chain operations to drive delivery of scalable, customer-focused solutions. You will define and execute a clear product roadmap that enhances reliability, increases speed, and lowers operational costs across T-Mobile’s logistics and fulfillment network. Success in this role requires a proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, prioritize initiatives with measurable outcomes, and lead cross-functional teams through fast-paced, agile execution. This role requires a unique blend of customer empathy, commercial insight, deep technical acumen, and delivery leadership. For example, the Principal Product Manager, Technical may lead the definition and rollout of critical supply chain capabilities such as Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPIS), last-mile delivery optimization, warehouse automation, or 3PL/4PL logistics enablement, integrating SAP and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP infrastructure. No day is the same. Responsibilities span from market and user research to creating user stories and roadmaps; defining specifications; driving technical delivery end to end; managing cross-functional teams; and supporting go-to-market efforts. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, architecture, operations, and supply chain stakeholders to deliver solutions in areas such as inventory visibility, transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics orchestration across on-prem and cloud environments. With the advent of Generative AI and Agentic AI-based automation capabilities, this product leader is expected to swiftly become proficient in utilizing these tools. They should adopt enhanced product design practices that leverage these emerging technologies for content creation. The focus will shift towards engaging in more meaningful conversations with stakeholders to understand their pain points, prioritize business needs, and propose effective solutions with reduced turnaround time. We pride ourselves on our culture of innovation and agile execution. Our team is dynamic, diverse, inclusive, and passionate about growth and transformation. Join us and help define the future of the Un-carrier.
