Job Description Our client, a large entertainment company in Atlanta, is looking for a Product Manager with deep experience in cloud infrastructure and HR for an ongoing hybrid contract with the potential for conversion. This individual will play a pivotal role in aligning data architecture, engineering, analytics, and governance functions with business needs, acting as a key liaison between technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in tools such as Snowflake and Master Data Management platforms, and demonstrate the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps. With a clear focus on measurable outcomes, you will define and drive the product vision, ensuring it aligns with organizational strategy while leveraging data to unlock value. Proficiency in SQL and a strong understanding of modern cloud data environments are essential.
This is a hybrid role and required 3-days/week onsite in Atlanta, GA.
Responsibilities:
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for cloud infrastructure and HR data systems in alignment with strategic business goals
Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams across data architecture, engineering, analytics, and governance
Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and scalable data solutions
Drive prioritization and execution of initiatives to ensure timely delivery of high-impact outcomes
Lead the implementation and enhancement of data platforms such as Snowflake and Master Data Management tools
Support data governance efforts by ensuring proper stewardship, quality, and compliance across HR data systems
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of business processes, challenges, and opportunities related to HR and enterprise data
Utilize SQL to query data, validate logic, and support decision-making
Partner with analytics and engineering teams to ensure data accessibility and usability across departments
Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and recommend continuous improvements
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in product management, with specific experience in cloud infrastructure and HR systems
3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and Master Data Management tools (e.g., Informatica, Reltio, or similar)
Proficiency in SQL for querying, analysis, and validation
Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and data governance principles
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and building consensus around product decisions
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through data-driven product development
Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
