We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Product Manager who willwork within an Agile team to create and prioritize product featuresas well as develop feature roadmaps. This position will representthe interests of stakeholders and ensure release train productdecisions are in alignment with the business strategy. This rolewill work closely with the business and technology teams to ensurestakeholder goals are met. ServiceNow Product Manager Role and Responsibilities Conduct userinterviews to obtain an understanding of customer businesschallenges and/or objectives. Create and manage the backlog of features, ensuring they are inalignment with customer success criteria and desired outcomes. Assess business value and prioritize features to ensure workfocuses on those with maximum value. Continually make recommendations and refinements to the productbacklog based on learnings. Provide support to product owners ensuring user stories areproperly prepared and executed. Work with stakeholders to make tradeoff decisions regardingcompeting priorities. Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and improve userexperience and business outcomes. Communicate progress toward milestones as features are releasedinto production. Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in applicationfeatures and capabilities. Participate in standups, planning sessions, product demos, andretrospectives. Work with cross-functional teams, to build, enhance and manage aset of products using Agile software methodologies. Collaborate cross-functionally across teams to define newcapabilities, partner on proof of concepts and approach todeliver. Foster collaboration with team members to drive value andcollectively identify and resolve impediments. Exhibit active listening, facilitate sessions, and clearlycommunicate at all levels. ServiceNow Product Manager Required Skills and Qualifications 3+years of product management experience creating, prioritizing andrecommending features/user stories for ServiceNow Products. 2+ years of experience working with ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceCatalog, Service Portal and HRSD products and capabilities.
