About the role As Senior Product Manager II for Specialty Solutions , you will play a critical role in the strategic direction and driving product execution for solutions that enhance decision-making and improve efficiency for radiologists and pathologists, including for our S TATdx , ExpertPath , and ImmunoQuery products . This role involves ownership of critical product s within a highly specialized domain, and is an opportunity to drive innovation, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions that directly impact patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency. You will help shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Specialty Solutions products. You’ll collaborate with clinical, technical, and commercial teams to enhance and create products that enable clinicians to make informed decisions efficiently, while meeting the complex needs of health systems. Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate in defining and maintaining a customer-focused product roadmap for Specialty Solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy. + Work closely with engineering, UX, and data science teams to deliver features from ideation through release, using agile development processes. + Partner with clinical subject matter experts and end users to deeply understand needs, workflows, and pain points across radiology and pathology. + Analyze usage data, market trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory changes to inform product decisions and assess performance. + Translate user insights into clear, actionable product requirements and partner closely with delivery teams to bring solutions to life. + Support development of business cases for new features or adjacent product opportunities, assessing market fit and commercial potential. + Identify opportunities to integrate emerging technologies—including AI/ML—into the product experience in partnership with engineering leads. + Track and report on key metrics (e.g., adoption, retention, impact) and contribute to setting product OKRs and KPIs. + Act as a product liaison to commercial teams, supporting go-to-market planning, positioning, pricing discussions, and sales enablement. + Collaborate with customer-facing teams to support customer education, feedback loops, and adoption strategies. + Informally mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and user-centric product thinking.
Requirements:
+ Have 7 + years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology, clinical decision support, or related fields. + Bachelor’s or master’s degree . Clinical training or experience is a plus. + Demonstrated success managing product features or full products in cross-functional environments. + Skilled at gathering and synthesizing customer feedback to inform priorities and roadmaps. + Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making. + Be experienced with agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, commercial , and marketing to drive successful outcomes. + Have excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences. + Familiarity with the regulatory and data privacy considerations relevant to healthcare products is a plus.
