JOB FUNCTIONS
Roles & Responsibilities for Technical Product Manager/ Scrum master/
Product Owner:
Work with business owners and product owners to streamline product changes Maintain a backlog based on the product roadmap defined by the business goals Refine the backlog decided upon by business priorities, work with business owners and product owners and advice on refining the requirements Work with UI/UX team to create mockups and Business owners to get a signoff Create detailed user stories for the product changes requested. Maintain a stream of backlog priority and a decent inventory for the engineering team Work with engineering team to create estimates for the backlog Act as a conduit between the business owners and engineering for backlog grooming sessions and any requirement clarifications Act as a scrum master to create and manage sprints based on business needs Work with training team to showcase changes that are ready for release Work with business to sign off on User Testing before releasing the changes to production Be the point of contact for business on production bugs and setting timelines for the fixes.
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a product owner working with multiple stakeholders In depth knowledge of agile process and principals Understanding of business value around features and functions Excellent attention to detail when creating requirements for features Experience working with small teams and tighter deadlines Worked with engineering teams and acted as a bridge between Business teams and engineering Qualifications Experience working as a scrum master Worked with tools like JIRA and other reporting tools
