The Associate Technical Product Manager (TPM) is a visionary, strategist, analyst, customer evangelist, respected leader of business and technology execution, and professional relationship builder all rolled into a single dynamic package. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of key supply chain capabilities, including Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPIS), last-mile delivery, warehouse management system (WMS) integrations, and 3PL/4PL logistics solutions. Working closely with senior and principal product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, you’ll help translate business needs into clear technical requirements that drive innovation in T-Mobile’s logistics ecosystem. Day-to-day activities or responsibilities include:
conducting market research, writing features or user stories, resolving specifications, defining the long-term strategy of the product, crafting the product road map, and driving technical delivery end to end. You will partner with agile delivery teams in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and support testing to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment with goals. You will also support/drive go-to-market activities as needed, ensuring operational readiness for features delivered. Job Responsibilities:
Vision, Strategy, and Analysis:
Conducts research and analysis in order to help build and manage product vision and roadmap. Assists in executing the product vision for logistics-focused capabilities including BOPIS, WMS, and delivery logistics. Participates in end user research to advise product prioritization. Partners with business and internal/external stakeholders to understand current customer experiences, identifies areas of opportunity. Assists with product presentations and provides ad hoc information to management through special reports and analysis. Participates in the development of technical improvements to improve customer experience and logistical efficiency. Attends meetings with external third parties to understand partnership and licensing opportunities. Develops understanding of trends in supply chain tech and assesses their impact on roadmap and product innovation. Gathers information to support enterprise process to secure and maintain product funding.
Customer Evangelist:
Uses customer insights and operational data to shape product vision and priorities. Dedicates time to actively meet with customers, business stakeholders, and logistics teams to understand needs. Supports development of Voice-of-Customer (VOC) feedback loops for continuous improvement. Advocates internally and externally for customer-centric solutions with tangible business outcomes. Tests ideas and solutions with real users to ensure impact and fit for purpose.
Product Execution & Technical Delivery:
Helps generate and maintain dashboards and reports that track product health and performance metrics. Assists with maintaining and updating product backlog and priorities with partners across logistics and software engineering teams. Supports sprint planning, backlog grooming, and standups to ensure technical teams are aligned on goals and requirements. Coordinates product testing, user acceptance, and readiness activities. Writes user stories and acceptance criteria for features such as API integrations, WMS enhancements, and delivery orchestration tools. Communicates defect status to leadership and stakeholders and ensures proper backlog prioritization for resolution. Helps prepare and facilitate demos of logistics products and supply chain tools.
Relationship & People, Professional Development:
Builds positive working relationships across a diverse stakeholder network—sales, commercial accounting, marketing, legal, go-to-market, finance, Dev, Engineering, and external partners. Develops industry and domain knowledge in areas such as ERP (e.g., SAP), cloud technologies, and supply chain architecture. Attends trainings, workshops, and engages in self-learning to stay current on trends and practices. Assists in developing training materials and adoption tools to enable cross-functional readiness.
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. (Required) 0-2+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. (Required)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a product management, business analyst, or technical program support role—ideally in a supply chain, logistics, or ERP-related environment. Basic understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and familiarity with software development concepts, cloud technologies, or API integration is a plus. Exposure to agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. A customer-focused mindset with a curiosity for solving business problems through technology.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use and operational data. (Required)

Corporate Bonus Target:
10% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
