Description We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves leading product strategy and development, with a focus on leveraging Salesforce to enhance marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a customer-centric approach to product design and roadmap planning while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Drive product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build and refine product roadmaps.
• Engage with customers to gather insights and translate them into actionable product features.
• Utilize Salesforce to design and implement effective marketing and sales solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute product development initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product extensions.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize tasks using Agile methodologies.
• Work closely with supply chain teams to integrate product solutions.
• Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Communicate effectively with global team members and maintain strong collaboration. Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and its applications.
• Strong knowledge of marketing and sales processes.
• Experience with Agile Scrum practices and backlog grooming.
• Familiarity with supply chain management concepts.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyze customer feedback and translate it into product strategies.
• Proven track record in developing and executing product roadmaps.
