Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Product Manager is to oversee various tasks such as new product launches, maintenance, project management, product information management, developing and executing product operations processes, Voice-of-Technician feedback, and pricing. In collaboration with product line management, marketing, brand management, and engineering, the Product Manager will function within a shared service model. Must Haves Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field Industry experience: Experience in a product management role within the HVAC industry dealing with connected hardware products (thermostat, smart devices, etc.) 7-10 years of product management experience Experience with VOT (voice of technician)•interfacing daily with technicians in the field to understand feedback on products and implement that feedback going forward Participates in ride-alongs to get firsthand experience with products; use insights for decision-making Lifecycle oversight•experience managing day-to-day product lifecycle tasks, support new product launches, and conduct product performance analysis Proficient in developing business cases suggesting specific product requirements and market potential Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite or similar computer software Strong communication skills PLusses Masters degree in Business Administration Pricing experience
Compensation:
$135,000•145,000 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
