We’re looking for a sharp, mission-driven Product Manager to own and evolve our Account Management and Account Compliance experiences — from Responsible Gaming tooling to user settings, fraud prevention, and regulatory workflows. This role is essential to building trust, enabling safe play, and ensuring we meet internal and external compliance standards. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Design, and Support to build both scalable internal systems and seamless user-facing experiences. What you’ll do:
Become an expert on the PrizePicks product and deeply understand our customers
End-to-end product ownership across Account Management and Account Compliance, including:
User Settings, Notifications, and Navigation
Geolocation flows that enforce state-by-state availability
Responsible Gaming tooling (e.g., deposit limits, budget tracking, exclusions)
Tax Document delivery and related compliance workflows
Fraud/risk tooling and integration with Account Safety initiatives
State compliance features and internal enforcement systems
Translate regulatory obligations into functional product requirements
Partner with internal operations and legal teams to reduce manual effort and operational risk
Ensure compliance tooling is flexible, scalable, and intuitive across web and app
What success looks like:
Increased RG engagement and completion rates
More scalable internal enforcement of tax and state compliance policies
Reduced reliance on manual fraud/account review through productized systems
Improved user satisfaction with settings, notifications, and account controls
Stronger compliance reporting and auditability
What you have:
3+ years of experience in product management or related disciplines
Experience working with compliance, risk, internal tools, or member accounts
Strong ability to synthesize cross-functional input (legal, CX, eng, design)
Systems thinker who enjoys working on foundational primitives
Detail-oriented mindset, especially when working on user trust or sensitive flows
Experience building products across web and mobile apps (Apple and Android app stores)
What makes you stand out:
Background in fintech, gaming, or regulated industries
Prior work on Responsible Gaming, fraud mitigation, or geolocation tooling
Familiarity with internal tooling (e.g., back office UX, admin consoles, workflows)
Deep empathy for users navigating trust-sensitive or high-friction areas of the product
Obsessive about sports and/or sports betting/fantasy
