Job Description
Job Summary
Manages Consumer Bank products, services, and pricing. Monitors and analyzes portfolio results to drive performance in alignment with product – Synovus strategies. Implements or supports launch of new products, features, and solutions to increase acquisition or adoption. Maintains awareness of industry changes and shifts in regulatory expectations to maintain market positioning and compliance. Collaborates with cross-functional business partners to execute product initiatives. Serves as the subject-matter-expert for products and services managed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Monitors production and portfolio reporting and analyzes results. Draws conclusions and presents observations to drive performance in alignment with product – Synovus strategies.
Establishes product or services pricing based on pricing strategy and recommendations from Finance. Coordinates and/or executes approved pricing changes, updates to product or pricing material – disclosures, and frontline communications as needed.
Collaborates with Marketing to implement marketing campaigns or client communications to drive client or account acquisition, activation or retention. Ensures internal and external product material and disclosures are kept up to date. Creates and implements promotional offerings as needed.
Supports frontline sales and lead activity. Supports team members’ understanding of product, features, and positioning in collaboration with frontline leadership, sales leaders and coaches, and Learning – Development.
Collaborates with cross-functional business partners and third-party vendors/providers to ensure processes and procedures for account opening, account servicing/maintenance, account closure, client communications, and related activities meet client experience expectations, regulatory compliance, and are aligned with Synovus – product strategies.
Serves as the subject matter expert for products and services managed. Responds timely to requests for information or guidance and complaint resolution. Escalates issues or critical decisions as needed to product management or line of business leadership.
Maintains and leverages awareness of evolving competitive industry – regulatory trends and implements changes as needed to maintain competitive product positioning and regulatory compliance.
Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, International Business, Entrepreneurship, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Project Management, Marketing, Communications, Data Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations or related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum experience:
Five (5) years relevant experience or proven record of business analysis, team collaboration, and executional excellence
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Basic knowledge of banking, financial services, and banking products.
Ability to analyze data for critical thinking, form & validate theories, and summarize conclusions.
Ability to work independently and solve-problems.
Ability to prioritize workflow to meet deadlines.
Ability to develop and form strong partnerships.
Good verbal and in-person communication skills.
Good written presentation skills.
