Product Manager – Identity Verification & Fraud Prevention Equifax is seeking a Product Manager to join the Identity Verification and Fraud Prevention team. Our team is focused on providing cutting-edge solutions that empower businesses to navigate the digital landscape with confidence and trust. In this role, you will develop innovative solutions to combat identity and credit fraud. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, eager to learn, and capable of solving problems across various domains. You will collaborate with engineering, data and analytics, legal and compliance, sales, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle. You will define and execute strategies to provide fraud detection solutions, including AI-powered models to detect identity fraud and various credit abuses. You will also foster collaboration to enhance fraud prevention capabilities across the industry. What you’ll do
Market Opportunity Assessment:
Analyze the market, competition, and identify opportunities.
Product Definition:
Define product requirements and partnership opportunities.
Product Strategy & Planning:
Communicate product vision, develop business cases and roadmaps, and track KPIs.
Product Delivery & Launch:
Write requirements, support releases, and contribute to prioritization.
Growth & Portfolio Management:
Monitor product performance, manage offerings, analyze data, and partner with stakeholders. Develop AI and machine learning models for fraud detection. Create solutions for synthetic identity fraud, identity theft, and first-party fraud. What experience you need Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. 5-7 years in product management or business analysis in a Technology, Financial Services, or Data & Analytics organization. Experience with Agile and/or project management methodologies. Ability to write detailed product requirements. Ability to coordinate in a matrixed environment. Understanding of cloud-based products and services. Experience with product tools (e.g., Aha, JIRA, Figma). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop work plans and meet deadlines. Understanding of customer needs and market trends. Technical understanding of products. Familiarity with computational models and statistical analysis. Experience with machine learning model architecture, deployment, and management.
