The Product Manager – Integration Services will own one or more global integration platforms that enable Equifax’s products and services. This key individual will demonstrate strong skills in transforming stakeholder desires into technical solutions, a deep understanding of cloud and integration technologies, and the ability to plan and prioritize execution to maximize business value. Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for 2 days of remote work (Monday and Friday), with 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) every week. This role reports to our office in Alpharetta, Georgia. This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including

extension support. This is a direct-hire role and is not open to C2C or vendors. What you will do Work closely with engineering, product management and multiple global stakeholder teams to define, prioritize and deliver complex services and products that drive innovation and go-to-market efficiency. Develop product strategies and roadmaps for multiple interdependent teams. Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair a team’s ability to achieve their goals. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance business needs with technical constraints. Evaluate operational, service, and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement – including best practice research and presentation. Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with varied priorities. Execute on several projects concurrently while balancing shifting priorities. Own product commitments and address business unit dependencies. Be fearless. Dive into topics you’re unfamiliar with, and roll-up your sleeves to get the job done. Experience you will need A Bachelors degree in business, computer science, or another relevant field. 5+ years managing cross-functional technology products, projects or programs in a Product Manager or Product Owner capacity. Experience with one or more of the following: APIs, managed file transfer, real-time events, data marketplaces, data encryption, and cloud architecture. Experience with cloud-native integration technologies, especially using Google Cloud or AWS. Working knowledge of standard SDLC processes in an Agile framework. What could set you apart Advanced education or certification in cloud technologies or product management. Experience with API design, development, gateways, and related management tools. Experience with handling sensitive data, including data classification, security, encryption, key management, and tokenization. Understanding of cloud architecture, including DNS, routing, WAFs, load balancers, HA/DR models, etc. Confidence presenting to an executive audience and commanding large, diverse cross-functional teams in a composed, poised and professional demeanor. Ability to manage multiple initiatives/priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to develop effective working relationships with peers, managers, and senior management within and across organizational lines.
