We seek a candidate who works closely with developers, designers and stakeholders in a technical environment. You must have a proven track record of driving a development team to execute solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and prioritize user stories from the ground up based on business and customer needs
Evaluate and prioritize work to maximize business value and impact
Build and maintain a clear and actionable product roadmap
Lead sprint planning sessions to align team efforts with product goals
Conduct regular backlog grooming to ensure clarity, prioritization, and readiness for development
Facilitate sprint cadence activities including demos and retrospectives
Actively participate in daily stand-ups and iteration planning to support team progress and transparency
Clearly communicate product vision, priorities, and updates to the development team
Align product initiatives with company goals, stakeholder input, and user feedback to drive performance and satisfaction
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, and other key teams to deliver value and proactively resolve blocker

REQUIRED SKILLS
2-5 years experience as a Product Manager working in a software development environment (ecommerce industry preferred)
Experience writing, prioritizing, and accepting user stories
Roadmapping and planning skills
Experience with a story management tool – JIRA, Pivotal Tracker, Miro, or similar tool
Experience with backlog grooming
Experience communicating and influencing functional and technical team members Experience working in a fast-paced environment Experience breaking down large pieces of work into manageable chunks
Agile experience (sprint planning, stand-ups, guiding a team through iterations, etc)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree
