Job Title Product Manager of Operations What does a successful Product Manager of Operations do at Fiserv? You will embrace the opportunity to lead key functions in the support of Fiserv’s growing enterprise merchant business in the role of Product Manager, Product Operations. This isn’t just about managing a single product; instead, your task will be to ensure our comprehensive product suite is tuned to meet the requirements of our enterprise clients. Your primary responsibility will be to harmonize enterprise objectives with operational activities, driving our solutions, partnerships, and services to the market while safeguarding client success across all products. Collaborating with various Merchant Solutions teams, you’ll work to refine processes, promote internal efficiencies, drive operational effectiveness, and rally the organization behind our enterprise strategy.
What You Will Do:
Multitask efficiently, transitioning from one project to the next while retaining contextual detail. Determine the effects of technical changes and product functionality on our clients, translating these impacts into clear, direct communication. Drive consensus among leadership teams, providing program and working level detail to all stakeholders. Deliver executive-level reporting, collating complex concepts across diverse business lines into key messages. Create weekly plans and decks, drive governance meetings, and visualize opaque concepts/ideas. Identify and track KPIs and key results. Standardize practices to promote repeatability and efficiency. What you will need to have: High School graduate/GED 3 years in product management, strategy, operations, or delivery. What would be great to have: Bachelor’s Degree 1 year working with payment products or with enterprise merchant. Experience with collaboration tools like Confluence, Jira, Aha, etc.
