Program or Senior Project Management capabilities to help lead a critical enterprise platform initiative. This high-impact, hybrid role sits within a fast-paced agile technology environment

We re looking for candidates with 10+ years of experience in IT Product Management and Program Management
, ideally within large-scale, enterprise environments. Experience with Salesforce CRM projects is a plus but not required the core need is for a product-focused leader who excels at driving cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and evolve product strategy, roadmap, and release plans in collaboration with leadership
Lead cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions
Oversee program-level execution, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder updates
Partner with business, technology, and QA teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Manage competing priorities and maintain strong communication across executive and delivery teams
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in IT Product Management and Program/Senior Project Management
Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise technology initiatives in agile environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, ideally including CRM systems
Experience with Salesforce projects is helpful but not required
