Job Description

Responsible for helping to shape the current and future state of USIS Product Management through ownership of process, tools and reporting. You will provide documentation and training on existing ways of working and become the SME on USIS Product Management reporting and communication. What you’ll do In partnership with Product Leadership, develop and drive the implementation of standard processes and procedures across Product to ensure efficiency, consistency and clarity across the team Analyze key reports to identify anomalies and variances and research the reasons behind the results. Communicate with / report out to internal stakeholders including product managers and leadership to aid in decision making. Create high level documentation and product user guides for systems used by Product Managers to ensure Product understands the importance of said system along with a consistent approach in how data is input and updated with a goal of accurate and consistent reporting Partner with product managers and finance on revenue and expense reporting to ensure accuracy of report and timeliness of forecasts In partnership with Product Leadership, develop standard approach to creating and updating product roadmaps and roll-out to existing and new team members As needed, drive meeting material standardization for key meetings across Product Continuously seek to improve processes and reporting across the product organization and drive positive change.
