Contribute to defining and driving the product vision and strategy for consumer lending products. Develop product specifications for new products and enhancements to existing features. Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments. Assist in developing and executing the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of product features and enhancements. Understand customers deeply to better serve their financial challenges. Partner with teams across various departments to ensure seamless product development and launch. Define success metrics for products and features; monitor and analyze performance data. Conduct user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to enhance user experience. Oversee the go-to-market strategy and drive post-launch evaluations. Experience or demonstrated interest in product management, ideally within consumer lending or fintech. Demonstrated ability to identify areas for improvement within product workflows. Proficiency in product management tools and strong product design literacy. Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
