Our client, who is a leading global provider of financial crime andcompliance management solutions, is seeking a Senior ProductManager with expertise in brining SaaS/Cloud Anti-Fraud Products tomarket. This Product Manager will play a crucial role in leadingthe development and execution of AI and Analytics Anti-FraudProducts. In this role you will work closely with cross-functionalteams to define product requirements, drive product development,and ensure successful delivery to market. You will leverage yourexpertise in machine learning, data analytics, and productmanagement to drive innovation and deliver value to customers.

Senior Product Manager Role and Responsibilities Product Strategyand Roadmap Development:

Lead the development of the AI andAnalytics Anti-Fraud products and roadmap, aligning with thecompany’s overall vision and objectives. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify markettrends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation. Define product priorities and initiatives based on customerfeedback, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Product Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with cross-functionalteams including engineering, data science, design, and marketing todefine product requirements and specifications. Drive the product development process from concept to launch,ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Manage the product lifecycle, including feature prioritization,release planning, and post-launch performance monitoring.

AI and Analytics Expertise:

Apply deep knowledge of machinelearning techniques to enhance product capabilities and driveinnovation. Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to derive insightsfrom large datasets and inform product decisions. Stay abreast of advancements in AI technology, industry trends, andbest practices to continually improve product offerings.

Customer Engagement and Feedback:

Work directly with customers,including banks and financial institutions, to understand theirchallenges and gather actionable feedback. Present product concepts and solutions to customers, aligningproduct functionality with their needs. Travel as needed to meet with customers, participate in industryevents, and ensure products address real-world fraud scenarios.

Stakeholder Management:

Build strong relationships with internalstakeholders, including executives, sales, professional services,and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and support forproduct initiatives. Collaborate with industry experts and partners to validate productconcepts and strengthen market positioning.

Performance Tracking and Optimization:

Define key performanceindicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of AI andanalytics products. Analyze product performance data, customer feedback, and markettrends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Iterate on product features and functionalities based on insightsgained from data analysis and feedback loops. Senior Product Manager Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, engineering,data science, or related field. 3+ years of previous experience in Fraud products or financialcrime detection solutions. Proven track record of 7+ years in product management, with a focuson SaaS, machine learning, or analytics products. Proven experience working directly with customers, understandingtheir needs, and presenting product solutions to address thoseneeds. Strong knowledge of fraud prevention, detection techniques, andfinancial institution challenges. Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agiledevelopment environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectivelycollaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis andproblem-solving. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a passion for drivinginnovation and delivering impactful products.
