Job Description

Supply Chain Product Manager
Our client, a global leader in supply chain and logistics, is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking IT Product Manager to lead the development of innovative technology solutions supporting their growing 4PL services
. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital logistics by owning key initiatives that enhance efficiency, integration, and customer value.
In this role, you’ll:
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for IT solutions supporting 4PL operations, from ideation through launch and iteration.
Lead cross-functional teams to translate complex logistics needs into scalable, user-centric IT products.
Ensure seamless alignment with business goals, delivering impactful solutions that improve service delivery and operational excellence.
Utilize your deep knowledge of One Network and Infor systems to implement and optimize best-in-class logistics technologies.
Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for innovation.
Build strong partnerships across operations, logistics, IT, and customer teams to ensure successful adoption and ongoing product support.
Champion continuous improvement by identifying emerging technologies (AI, RPA, IoT, etc.) and driving automation initiatives.
We’re looking for someone with:
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT Product Management, ideally in freight forwarding, logistics, or 4PL services.
Expertise in One Network solutions (required) and familiarity with Infor systems.
A deep understanding of freight forwarding operations and 4PL business models.
A proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize effectively, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of an organization.

Bonus:

Experience with automation technologies and their real-world logistics applications.
