Job Title SVP, Product Strategy What does a successful SVP, Product Strategy do at Fiserv? As the SVP, Product Strategy at Fiserv, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for developing and executing innovative product strategies, overseeing the P&L for the US market’s comprehensive debit and related payment product solutions. Your pivotal role will drive the success of our product portfolio by aligning it with market demands and business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet and exceed our clients’ expectations.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of product managers to foster product innovation and drive performance. Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives and current market trends. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to orchestrate successful product launches and continuous enhancements. Spearhead the broader Card Services payments and business Strategy. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint opportunities for product development and differentiation. Establish key performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights for informed product decisions. Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback and ensure product initiatives meet their requirements.
What You Will Need To Have:
12+ years of experience in product management or related field. 12+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams in a technology environment. 12+ years of experience in developing and executing product strategies. Equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
What Would Be Great To Have:
Experience in the financial technology or payments industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a competitive market. Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
