RESPONSIBILITIES
) Join Delta’s Sales and Distribution Servicing Solutions team in enhancing the onboarding experience for our B2B partners as they access our NDC Capabilities. As a Technical Product Manager, you will manage technical integration and streamline processes for Global Distribution Systems and Technology Partners using our NDC API, as well as Travel Agencies connecting through technical aggregators. Your experience with API product management, integration, and B2B project coordination will ensure seamless project execution and long-term stability. Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive): Preparing for product launch of a new NDC API-based travel platform for technology partners and travel agency consumption Design and implement processes to assist in travel agency or developer onboarding and integration Creation of artefacts and content to assist customers in evaluating, acquiring, and operating a new content channel Analyzing and documenting user needs for a variety of customers including buyers and product operators

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

QUALIFICATIONS
) 4-6 years of relevant work experience Prior experience as an Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Marketer, Launch Manager, or Business Analyst for a B2B product High-level knowledge of travel related industry segments (airlines, hotels, travel agencies), including understanding of NDC (New Distribution Capability.) Basic project management skills with the ability to coordinate and visualize activities, dependencies, and deliverables Ability to understand customer motivations and Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, multi-task capable, and have a demonstrated ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Strong organizational skills and comfort using a variety of tools for managing information and content Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
