EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 5 years in a product managementrole, including at least one year in a leadership or supervisoryposition A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a relatedtechnical field Proficiency with standard software tools (Jira, Confluence, MSOffice) and platforms Experience managing APIs for enterprise customers and SaaSintegrations Hands-on experience with the API development lifecycle, versioning,and best practices Experience managing IoT and telematics SaaS platforms within thetransportation industry Practical experience with API gateways (Apigee and AWS APIGateway), API Developer portals, and API documentation tools(Swagger, Postman, OpenAPI)
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager with astrong technical background to lead the design, development, andlaunch of Lynx APIs for our Truck/Trailer and Container businessunits. As a key driver of the Lynx API strategy, the role will beresponsible for shaping the product roadmap, working directly withengineering teams to build scalable, high-performance APIs forcustomers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify customer needs through workshops,focus groups, and research initiatives; share insights with keystakeholders and development professionals. Define the product backlog by incorporating feedback from customerrequirements, business stakeholders, marketing teams, and customerfeedback loops. Create epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria to establishproduct requirements, and refine stories for Lynx API with theproduct development team. Actively engage in the Agile methodology framework for productdevelopment and participate in Sprint planning and Scrum ceremoniesassociated with quarterly PI planning. Utilize a prioritization framework to organize the productbacklog. Collaborate with Product Development, Design, QA, stakeholders, andother business teams to ensure the delivery of quality productfeatures for Lynx API Partner with Architecture and Design teams to address customerneeds and develop technically feasible solutions.
