ADP is hiring a Technical Product Manager for the ADP Marketplace organization.
We’re looking for an experienced technical product manager to lead our platform and infrastructure development teams. This is a technical product role focused on ensuring the Marketplace platform is well maintained and continues to add functionality in support of the broader Marketplace ecosystem. The Marketplace platform team manages API security access, Webhooks, backend services, integrations within Marketplace, client consent management, and much more. This is a hybrid role reporting to the Sr. Manager of Product in the ADP Alpharetta location.
To thrive in this role, you should be a self-starter that delivers high value functionality with limited oversight. Additionally, this is a platform focused role, so experience and drive to work on backend systems and technical products that power client facing solutions is a must.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with key stakeholders on features, weigh ROI, and convert high level features into user stories
Define and maintain the quarterly and annual product roadmap for the Platform team
Partner with engineering and design to deliver on prioritized features
Write detailed user stories, align with engineering, validate deliverables, and support release activities
Communicate upcoming deliverables and drive org readiness activities
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Feel comfortable operating in ambiguity and in a “start-up” environment
Proactive self-starter requiring minimal guidance with ability to meet deadlines and operate in a fast-paced environment
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Management, Finance, Management Science, Mathematics, engineering, or technical/business related fields.
2+ years’ experience in Product Management, Engineering, or QA
Experience with Confluence, Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in with relational and unstructured databases
Experience accessing and working with large data sets and unstructured models
Mid to Deep understanding of API Technologies and Security, REST, GraphQL, OAuth, etc.
Strong business acumen through presentation and visualization skills as well as generating insights
Technical expertise in database development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
This is a hybrid role out of our Alpharetta, GA office.
