Position Summary:
As K-C accelerates growth through innovation, this role is responsible for leading and continuously improving K-Cs technical platform innovation effectiveness through robust portfolio management, actionable portfolio insights that enable strong decision making and prioritization, advanced analysis and reporting, and digital systems that empower teams and build transparency.
This position reports to the Head of Science and Technology or Sr. Dir RandD Strategy and Operations.
Key Customers:
The position requires a strong relationship and partnership with RandD Innovation Capability Teams, Product Steward Teams, central RandD leaders, GGO Innovation Accelerator, and Business Unit RandD staff (KCNA, IPC, and FCP), regional sector leads, regional portfolio managers, DTS, and finance.
In this role, you will:
Lead Technology Platform Innovation portfolio management including key performance indicators, innovation effectiveness analysis, diagnosis of key drivers and insights and analytics to ensure priority demand spaces, innovation velocity, moonshots, and dig sites are all being satisfied, and gaps are being discussed.
Ensure technical platform portfolio health to deliver our growth aspiration by advancing innovation pipeline.
Right innovation pipeline (sufficiency)Right resourcing / prioritizedMoonshot accelerator on track to deliverReport innovation dashboards with metrics, key drivers, compelling visuals, and analytical insights to senior leaders as well as provide updates to be used for quarterly ELT discussions.
Align ICT leaders, PST leaders, and Tech Directors on innovation technical platforms to enable Sector Innovation Strategies, BU Priorities, and fulfill prioritize consumer demand spaces.
System owner for technical platform innovation Ecosystem for measurement and reporting. Identity optimization opportunities, implement next generation system(s), conduct trainingLead the definition and development of next generation Tech Platform Innovation capabilitiesParticipate in development of strategy and technology development proposalsEnsure integration and alignment of new processes, digital tools, and wiring to ensure an efficient and effective organization.
Translate technology platforms into compelling business case and visuals to communicate across various stakeholder levels and accelerate pull into segment innovation pipelines.
