You will lead the design, build, and scalingof our “Precision Marketing Ecosystem”
- an AI-driven, data-poweredecosystem that enable hyper-personalized engagement with HCPs,payers and patients.
Partner with cross-functional teams(digital/data, medical, marketing, GTMC) to future-proof ourmarketing model, ensuring personalization at scale, measurablescript lift, and competitive launch advantage. MainResponsibilities:
1. Strategic Vision & Future MarketingEvolution(30%)
- Define and evangelize the “NorthStar” vision formarketing transformation, articulating how technology and precisiontools will elevate customer experience and drive measurablebusiness outcomes.
- Serve as a thought leader on the future ofmarketing, driving clarity around how digital tools and emergingtechnologies can transform brand strategy, execution, andmeasurement.
- Report to C-suite on “ecosystem ROI” (e.g., revenuelift, etc.), enforcing the key message of high-impact,culturally-resonated marketing experience. 2. Product Strategy &Build
- Precision Marketing Ecosystem build (50%)
- Lead thestrategy and deployment of precision marketing e2e digitalcapabilities, incl. data layer , AI layer, activation layer, and Rxattribution layer spanning HCP, DTC, and Payer engagement.
- Own”compliance-by-design” (HIPAA/GDPR, FDA 21 CFR Part 11) fullyaligned with architect, privacy and legal
- Own the integration ofnext-generation marketing tools into the broader ecosystem,including AI-powered personalization engines, campaignactivation/automation, and omnichannel orchestration platforms.
- Guide the evolution of the marketer’s role through enablement andtooling, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and personalized reach.3. Cross-Functional Leadership(20%)
- Partner with GTMC, BrandMarketing, and Digital teams to build and align on interconnectedPrecision Marketing roadmaps.
- Clarify roles and responsibilitiesacross teams(digital, data, arch, medical, franchise) to driveaccountability and seamless collaboration on shared initiatives.
- Collaborate with franchise and market teams to strictly followglobal strategy and priority, while balance regional nuances toensure consistent delivery and value realization. 4. ProductDelivery & Vendor Management
- Drive the selection of precisionmarketing solutions(build vs. buy),ensure deliveries are strictlyprioritized to complete on time, within budget, and deliver onKPIs.
- Manage partnership strategy and execution with externalpartners (vendors, agencies, analytics/AI providers) to enhancecapabilities from time to time.
Oversee pilot programs and scale-upstrategies for precision media, data-driven contentpersonalization, and journey orchestration. 5. Innovation &Emerging Technology
- Stay ahead of marketing trends, technologyinnovations, and customer engagement models to future-proofSanofi’s marketing approach.
- Champion the testing and adoption ofAI, data analytics, and real-time decisioning tools to evolvemarketing operations and media buying.
About You RequiredQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business,Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8 years ofexperience in digital marketing, product ownership, or marketingtransformation in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Proven trackrecord leading marketing strategy, personalization efforts, orprecision media initiatives in a global organization.
- Strongunderstanding of digital marketing tools and technologies (e.g.,AI, analytics, journey orchestration, CDPs, marketing automation)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, withthe ability to bridge business and technical conversations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical,healthcare, or life sciences industry.
- Experience managingenterprise-wide digital or marketing transformation programs.
- Knowledge of privacy and compliance considerations in data-drivenmarketing in regulated environments.
