Role Overview:

Set the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the business, and set measures of success Conduct market and/or customer research to understanding leading practices, what good looks like, and what the market/ customers value Use data insights to identify opportunities and drive decision making Define the product roadmap in alignment with business priorities, and translate it into the product backlog Guide the delivery team to execute against the product roadmap and backlog, and prioritize work where needed Drive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration and communication Foster relationships across the company and manage conflicting priorities as needed Optimize product performance, engagement, adoption and integration Analyze current processes and technologies associated with the product to identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements:

Proven product management experience in complex retail supply chain environments BA/BS in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field 5+ years in product management, retail, or related fields Strong data analysis and decision-making skills Experience taking products from concept to launch Experience managing and prioritizing budgets and resources Adept at collaborating with engineering, platform teams, business stakeholders Strong understanding of supply chain processes, systems, and data. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to manage ambiguity and drive organizational change

Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ’s Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $125,500.00.
