• Support the Ninja business with the development of successfuland profitable programs for key products to ensure continued growthof the product portfolio
• you will be responsible for theday-to-day business management and enhancement of some of our Sharkproduct lines, including driving product improvements andoptimizations, conducting user research, and partnering withEngineers, Marketers, and more on rolling these productenhancements out to ensure a continued 5-star experience.
• Define,develop, and iterate product specifications, marrying consumerwants/needs, white space in the market, and product technologies asthe primary consumer advocate.
• Take ownership of your assignedcategories’ sales performance
• partnering with others in thecompany to identify what products are working/not working; andrecommend new product opportunities to fill those gaps.
• Leadcompetitive product analyses, giving your business partners insightinto how SharkNinja stacks up against the competition
• andmaintaining a clear lens on how we can constantly improve to makeShark the consumer’s top choice every time.
• Be the voice of ourlegacy product lines: share insights and learnings from consumersand the market with Product Developers focused on NPD to ensurecritical features and feedback are incorporated into nextgeneration products.
• Partner with SharkNinja Testing and Qualityorganizations to define, develop, and manage quality andperformance testing procedures.
• Act as the product “expert” forcross-functional team member questions and concerns.

ATTRIBUTES &SKILLS

• 4-5 years of experience in product development, productmarketing, marketing, human factors engineering, or a related field
• preferable at a consumer goods company.
• Bachelor’s Degree (orequivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Management,Engineering, or a combination of the above.
• A “100% on”consumer-first perspective when it comes to introducing newproducts/processes or improving current products.
• A mindsetgeared toward building relationships across multi-functional teams,coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.

• COMMUNICATING

• both written(presentation/email) and face-to-face (ability to host succinct,effective conversations that solve problems and ability to makeeffective presentations to all levels of management)
