C) team at Indeed, you will drive key business decisions, deliver on strategic initiatives and identify value-creation opportunities across the business. You will work with Product Managers, Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Client Success and senior leaders to identify and solve complex and/or ambiguous problems. You will run cross-functional teams to design and launch strategies to grow our products around the globe. Your goals will not be easy to achieve; they should inspire and motivate the team to think big. Performance will not be based on whether you deliver product features, but whether you have delivered significant business impact. You will be responsible for assessing and recommending strategies to launch new products, partnerships and features into the market. This will include partnering on product feature prioritization for your product, making recommendations that will optimize towards growing revenue, improving the customer experience and ensuring a smooth roll-out of feature delivery. You will create hypotheses for solving core Marketplace challenges, build business cases with clear feature recommendations, confirm hypotheses via testing, analysis and research, and iterate from MVP to more extensible versions. You will define requirements, measure key results, track experiments, and rollout new features. You will perform data analysis using the plethora of in-house tools built for the colossal amount of data Indeed gathers. Your experience working with large cross-functional teams and your ability to solve complex technical, product, and people challenges will be essential in making a significant impact on job seekers, employers, and your fellow Indeedians. As a senior member of the Go-to-Market Commercial team, you are a trusted advisor to Market Leaders, Product, and GTM teams alike. You thrive on coaching more junior colleagues to higher performance. Responsibilities + Structure and execute analysis to gather insights and build business cases around Marketplace challenges/opportunities. You’re proficient with data and will use a variety of tools such as SQL/IQL for query building, excel modeling, Python scripts, and other in-house options. + Leverage data to inform product commercialization commitments (e.g. market launches, pricing, product features). Proactively identifies analytical opportunities with minimal input from senior stakeholders (managers, directors and senior directors). + Deliver Go-to-Market (GTM) with a range of cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing and Field Readiness teams, developing clear and effective GTM strategies that define the target market, positioning, value proposition, and competitive differentiators of the product or service. + Drive delivery of commercialization strategy for your area. Define, drive and confirm pricing and packaging strategy for products, with robust internal and external analyses to propose pricing, respecting market nuances, price sensitivity, and marketplace dynamics (supply/demand). + Identify and execute against product-market fit. Define and influence success criteria for tests (product, commercial, client), and confirm value proposition through explicit feedback loops, live testing and analysis. Synthesize feedback and learnings from real-world usage into discrete features & capabilities. Advocate to ensure our customers are at the center of GTM execution. + Work with Product to influence roadmaps and product feature prioritization for your area, using data-driven actions that will optimize towards growing revenue and improving customer experience. + Present findings and recommendations to business unit leadership. Influence key stakeholders to define and adopt appropriate metrics, goals and processes to achieve business priorities. Partner with leadership (Sr. Director+) across Product, Engineering, Sales, Client Success teams to align on key outcomes. Skills/Competencies + 7+ years experience in Product, Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Operations or other related experience + 3+ years of experience using Python or SQL to query, structure, and analyze data, and a proficient user of spreadsheet and data analysis software (e.g., Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Tableau) + Proven leadership skills and ability to influence through relationships throughout the organization, including Senior leadership + Self-driven and proactive; able to run workstreams and projects. + Experience collaborating and extracting challenges/opportunities from customers and communicating requirements across large, cross-functional teams. + Ability to drive, contribute to, and communicate solutions to technical product challenges.
