We are seeking an Analytics Manager to join our team. This individual will manage the Analytics Team and will work closely with leaders across the Keeley Companies to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions on our internal lines of business applications.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop effective business intelligence strategies and analytics solutions that support the growth of Keeley Companies. Build and mentor a best-in-class analytics team filled with team members who are eager to start and continue their IT career providing data insights that help make critical business decisions. Implement tools and solutions that contribute to the future performance of the operations and support teams. Develop deep business, analytical, and systems knowledge to improve/build analytical solutions, approaches and business recommendations. Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project demand; independently manage all team projects from beginning to end and uphold stakeholder expectations. Translate highly technical requirements into easy-to-understand specifications. Build key relationships with subcontractors and third-party partners to establish a working relationship that results in the success of your team’s delivery on project timelines and expectations. Participate in business planning activities and development of budgets to determine feasibility and resource needs. Work with UX Development Team to create user stories and acceptance criteria for integration and internal built custom applications. Participate in CAB (Change Approval Board) to provide critical insights into potential risks of implementation of change items being requested. Work with third parties and UX Development Team to create integrations mapping requirements and SQL statements to ensure successful implementation of data streams from one product to another. Partner with the IT Operations Team to troubleshoot outages for internally developed custom applications and implemented integrations and facilitate after action reviews. Evaluate existing and develop/implement new processes that provide structure and a vision of success for the Analytics Team. Drive the continued growth and optimization of the Keeley Analytics Platform (KAP), ensuring the data lake evolves to meet the company’s expanding data needs and supports advanced analytics initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Project Planning and Estimation:
4 years Leading an Agile/Scrum team 2+
Team Development:
2+ years Dimensional Modeling experience/understanding
Stakeholder and Product Owner Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills:
3 years Experience with Analytics process and tools including Snowflake (Data Lake), data Integration tools (Fivetran, Boomi, others) SQL, Reporting and Analytics tools (Power BI),
Azure DevOps or Related Products Business Process Evaluation:
