In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Product Management and Portfolio teams, developing commercial strategies and plans for late-phase commercialization of pipeline products, and building out a valuation model to support pipeline prioritization.

Job Description:

Lead and manage the Product Management and Portfolio teams, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Develop and implement commercial strategies and plans for the late-phase commercialization of pipeline products. Build and refine a valuation model to support pipeline prioritization and strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R D, Regulatory, and Sales to ensure alignment and successful product launches. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Create and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption. Monitor and report on the performance of product lines and marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Required Experience:

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or MSM preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management and marketing, preferably within the agricultural or biotechnology industry. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in using technology and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, CRM software, marketing automation tools). Ability to inform and influence senior decision-makers. Must be willing to travel.
