The BasicsOur Product Management team is actively seeking aDirector of Product Management for Endpoint Technology and ClientTools to join our passionate, driven and fast-paced team. In thisrole you will bring your in-depth knowledge of enterprise securityor operations endpoint tools, agents, and client development acrossa diverse variety of operating systems and hardware. You will ownand maintain the product strategy from ideation to launch ofTanium’s endpoint tools ensuring the successful deployment andmanagement of endpoint clients and tooling at scale.
A successfulcandidate will be a strong communicator who can bring theirindustry expertise to drive vision and developmentcross-functionally across all levels of the organization. Must havea successful track record of working with stakeholders on newproducts.
What you’ll do Develop and execute on Tanium’s Endpoint Technology and ClientTool strategy Mentor, enable, and lead a focused team of productmanagers Own the delivery of the product roadmap from ideation to launchin partnership with the engineering teams Identify new market and partnership opportunities Document customer use cases, product requirements, and businessjustifications for new feature development Partner with internal teams on development of appropriatematerials to ensure successful enablement and training on newfeatures and updates Support product marketing initiatives, partner relationships,and other opportunities to accelerate the adoption of your productsand to build Tanium’s brand Work closely with the business and technical teams to findsolutions to daily challenges Leverage innovation and trends in the marketplace to developstrategic solutions Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) tomeasure product success and drive continuous improvement.
We’relooking for someone withEducation Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Master’s preferredExperience 5 – 7 years of product management experience within anenterprise B2B environment or equivalent experience withdemonstrated ability to discover opportunities, and then define anddeliver products 4+ years of experience in successfully leading productmanagement of an endpoint tool, agent, or client for a diverse setof Operating Systems and hardware 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring a team of productmanagers Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and MacOS is required.

What you’ll getThe annual base salary range for thisfull-time position is $130,000 to $395,000. This range is anestimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annualbase salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors,including but not limited to, location, education, skills,training, and experience.
