Job Description

•Job Overview•We are looking for an experienced product director to join our Global Patient Engagement & Support (GPES) team. The role will lead the development of key products related to major investments IQVIA is making in the patient space. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a standalone SaaS product, while also leading integrations with third-party products & features. The role will work closely with UX professionals, users, engineers and SMEs, acting as the interface between them and the business. The role will also be expected to work directly with customers on business development & deployments. They will also work closely with the wider GPES team to ensure the product objectives align with the broader patient strategy. This will involve reporting on progress & key metrics to the senior leadership team. Additionally, this role will be expected to collaborate with stakeholders across the Research & Development, Real World and Commercial Solutions business units. •Essential Functions•+ Shape and prioritize the product backlog + Ensure the product aligns with customer and stakeholder needs + Assess product functionality, feedback, and market shifts to spot and act on chances for advancement and innovation + Support customers in the design and configuration of the product + Assist in business development, including the creation of go-to-market materials and conducting demos + Oversee a team of UX designers & engineers + Establish collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders + Create regular reports & develop cadence to communicate progress, achievements, risks, concerns, etc. + Evaluate current & future features & capabilities, and look to integrate third-party capabilities where required + Work closely with wider partnership process to assess new capabilities + Support in the preparation and presentation of business cases for the suite of products •Qualifications•+ Bachelor’s degree in STEM, or a related field + 8+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, health tech, management consulting, or related field + Exceptional project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently + Excellent business and industry awareness staying current on trends and impact on the business + Proven communication and reporting skills with a focus on stakeholder management & reporting + Strategic and innovative thinker + Strong problem resolution and negotiation skills + Excellent matrix and cultural team skills + Adaptability to changing priorities #LI-DNI IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
