As a Manager Product I for Maidenform, your day will be filled with strategic collaboration and driving innovation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product roadmaps, analyze consumer insights, and optimize pricing strategies. Your role is pivotal in shaping the brand’s success through data-driven decision-making and consumer-centric thinking. How You’ll Make an Impact Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute the overall product strategy and approach
Analyze data to identify market trends and opportunities for growth
Lead the execution of seasonal product launches and new program concepts
Develop and implement successful innovation and product roadmap strategies
Manage the portfolio to drive inventory health metrics
Demonstrate financial acumen through P&L management
Support sell in activities through data-driven insights and strong presentation skills What You Bring Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant work experience OR Master’s 3+ relevant work experience; an additional 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree. Proven experience in marketing, product management, or direct-to-consumer roles
Expertise in leveraging consumer data to drive sales growth
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
