As a Product Manager, youwill be a key player in our Tech Services industry, driving thesuccess and growth of our products. You will be responsible for theentire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, and beyond.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate abouttechnology, has a deep understanding of the Tech Services market,and is eager to make a significant impact on our business.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage productstrategies and roadmaps to ensure product success in the market. 2.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering,design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products ontime and within budget. 3. Understand customer needs and markettrends, and translate them into product requirements. 4. Workclosely with stakeholders to ensure product alignment with businessgoals and objectives. 5. Define and monitor key performanceindicators to understand product performance and user engagement.6. Prioritize and manage product backlog, and make data-drivendecisions to improve product features and functionality. 7. Leadproduct launches, working closely with marketing, sales, andcustomer success teams. 8. Facilitate communication throughout thedevelopment process, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned andunderstand product strategy and roadmap. 9. Continuously gather andanalyze feedback from customers and users to enhance the productexperience. 10. Drive customer success by ensuring the productmeets or exceeds customer expectations.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or relatedfield. A Master’s degree is a plus. 2. Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in Product Management, preferably in the Tech Servicesindustry. 3. Proven track record of managing all aspects of asuccessful product throughout its lifecycle. 4. Strong knowledge ofSaaS products and the Tech Services market. 5. Experience in ITproject management and familiarity with Agile developmentmethodologies. 6. Strong understanding of user experience (UX)principles and customer success strategies. 7. Excellentproblem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. 8.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the abilityto engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. 9. Ability towork in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multipleprojects simultaneously. 10. Self-motivated, proactive, andresults-driven, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and achievegoals.
