Position Overview:
- The
- Advice Product Manager
- will be responsible for defining, grooming, and validating product features to support the integration of a third-party digital advice/in-plan managed account solution. The role supports institutional retirement plan participants, with a focus on advice solutions and managed accounts.

- Experience with Robo-advisors, digital advice solutions, or managed accounts is highly preferred.

Summary:
- This position plays a key role in the
- end-to-end management of investment products
- , ensuring optimal product performance, user satisfaction, and alignment with business goals. It involves strategic input on product portfolio, distribution, communication, and promotional efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- + Lead product profitability, investment performance analysis, governance, vendor management, and strategic direction.
+ Drive product/account structure changes in collaboration with portfolio management, legal, accounting, and client servicing teams. + Manage governance processes, including oversight with private fund boards and internal committees. + Ensure high-quality customer service and expert support on product-related matters. + Collaborate cross-functionally to shape product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business needs. + Support the integration of third-party digital advice tools into existing infrastructure.
