As a Digital Product Manager, you will:
Lead the Scrum team in the Agile processes, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices while fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
Manage stakeholder engagement throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that their needs and feedback are integrated into product development.
Define and refine feature and user stories, collaborating closely with product analysts to ensure clarity in acceptance criteria and alignment with business goals.
Drive roadmap creation and management, establishing clear product area objectives and performance indicators.
Maintain a healthy backlog of items that are appropriately linked (Story – Feature – Epic) and ensure all known work is transparent to the team.
Accept user stories once they meet the established acceptance criteria and the definition of done.
Collaborate with L2/L3 product managers on the overall product intention map, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Facilitate regular collaboration between stakeholders and teams to enhance the user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
Own the prioritization of a well-understood product area backlog, ensuring it aligns with the product area vision and goals.
Identify and resolve sequencing and prioritization conflicts across products and product areas to maintain workflow efficiency.
Act as a key point of contact for addressing questions and resolving escalated impediments.
Maintain continuous and open communication with the product manager and delivery teams, fostering a cohesive working environment.
Coordinate with the Scrum Master, delivery leads, and other supporting roles shared across delivery teams to optimize delivery outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have: Experience in the Agile Scrum process with a proven track record of leading Scrum teams effectively.
Experience in stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate comfortably across various team members, particularly with product analysts and technology teams.
Proficient in feature and user story creation, with the ability to review and guide user stories created by product analysts.
Experience in roadmap creation and management, with a focus on establishing clear goals and performance indicators.
Understanding of user experience (customer and/or employee experience journeys) and the ability to collaborate in service of developing a world-class user experience.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Chatbots is preferred but not required.
