Summary :

The Senior Digital Product Manager leads significant product initiatives, mentors junior team members, and collaborates with leadership on strategy and execution. Responsibilities include driving digital adoption for revenue generation or cost savings, business case creation, digital product management, collaborative UX design, compliance, customer analytics, and customer experience strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap. Set and measure OKRs. Use customer insights to shape strategy. Balance innovation with compliance and risk. Act as a key stakeholder in improving customer experience metrics (e.g., NPS). Oversee all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration of products and introducing products to the market. Grow and retain client relationships through the digital banking experience, generating new business, and driving revenue growth through the lifetime value of a client. Identify trends in digital account servicing and define excellent client experience requirements in the following areas: o Identify trends in transaction search, transaction detail enrichment, and transaction disputes that serve client needs o Identify trends in personal financial management (PFM) that provide clients with a reason to bank with us and that add to the overall financial health of clients o Identify fraud and transaction dispute trends and design proactive mitigation strategies to reduce losses while maintaining positive customer experience in both online banking and mobile app customer experience. o Identify and define methods and modalities to alert, message, or notify the customer about transaction specific and account servicing specific information o Identify and define best practices for digital card controls (debit cards and credit cards) in relation to customer transactions, locations, regions, and other limits Perform all other duties as assigned.
