Job SummaryWe areseeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Management tolead the NetApp Keystone product line. NetApp Keystone is ourflagship offering for hybrid cloud infrastructure, providingcustomers with flexible, pay-as-you-go consumption models andseamless data management across on-premises and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in productmanagement, a deep understanding of cloud and data storagetechnologies, and a passion for driving innovation and customersuccess.

  • Job Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership:

    Develop and execute the product vision,strategy, and roadmap for NetApp Keystone, aligned with thecompany’s overall business objectives and customer needs.

  • Market Analysis:

    Conduct market research, competitive analysis,and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, andthreats. Use these insights to inform product strategy andpositioning.

  • Product Development:

    Collaborate with engineering, design, andother cross-functional teams to define product requirements,prioritize features, and ensure timely and high-quality productdelivery.

  • Customer Engagement:

    Engage with customers, partners, andstakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensurethe product meets their expectations. Act as a key point of contactfor major customers and partners.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy:

    Work closely with marketing, sales, andcustomer success teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans,including product launches, marketing campaigns, and salesenablement.

  • Performance Management:

    Define and track key performanceindicators (KPIs) to measure product success, customersatisfaction, and business impact. Continuously analyze productperformance and drive improvements.

  • Team Leadership:

    Build, mentor, and lead a high-performingproduct management team. Foster a culture of collaboration,innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Job Requirements-Qualifications:
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus

  • Experience:

    10+ years of experience in product management, withat least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in cloud,data storage, or related technology sectors.

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of hybrid cloudinfrastructure, data management, and storage technologies.

Experience with consumption-based models and SaaS is highlydesirable.

    Demonstrated ability to lead and inspirecross-functional teams. Excellent communication, collaboration, andinterpersonal skills.

  • Strategic Thinking:

    Strong analytical and strategic thinkingskills, with the ability to translate market insights intoactionable product strategies.

  • Customer Focus:

    Passion for understanding customer needs anddelivering exceptional solutions. Experience in engaging withenterprise customers and partners.

  • Results-Driven:

    Proven track record of driving product successand achieving business goals. Ability to manage multiple prioritiesin a fast-paced environment.

  • Compensation:

    The target salary range for this position is 216,750

  • 322,300 USD.

The salary offered will be determined by the candidate’s location,qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside ofthis range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in linewith industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, andinclude a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover HealthInsurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid TimeOff (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives,employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s),with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed bylocal laws, regulations, and company policies.
